Pity about the branch on the RHS; it intrudes into an otherwise lovely tranquil Autumn scene. I suppose it would be too much to ask you to swim, paddle or wade out to remove it? Perhaps it would be easier to clone it out, or even crop a bit of the RHS? (But that it would be a great shame to lose any of the beautifully photographed water).
Really like this one Joe, I really like how you coped with the sun which gives such a radiant glow over the water. No lens flares either. Great one, I don't particularly mind the log.
This is beautiful Joe. Autumn in all its glory. I don't mind the log either.
Hi Pete, and thanks, yes I thought a lot about the log, I took this one from the middle of the river with my waders on, tried a few cutting the log out, but I lost too much of the waterfall. I did not feel good with cloning it out so just left it.
This is so well captured, soft and suttle. It really states the mood of the sun and trees and water on the day.Love the way that the trees are all intermingling bringing all the elements together
